Are tostadas and tortillas ok at six weeks out?

I so need to crunch and this afternoon I had a tostada for lunch. I had fat free refried beans, low fat cheese, tomatoes, and soem low fat sour cream and I was able to almost eat a whole one. I experienced no pain or discomfort from eating too much. Now, I just had five torilla chips with salsa as a snack and that seems to be going down fine. So, am I ok? Are these things normal to eat? I eat chicken and beans non stop so I am in heaven with the crunchy torillas. Anyway, any feed back would be appreciated. Thanks
