I need your advice on what to eat on a Bland Diet. I have Gastritis and will be scope

again in 8 days, and if i don't have the gastritis, then I can have my surgery on the 31st. So see I need your help.. Ive been taking Prevacid for going on 9 weeks now, but 2 weeks ago i still had my ulcer,, My doctor will look again on the 26th, and if i'm clear i'll get my surgery.. Please help,, Thank you.
