STATE MANDATED PLAN--has anyone been approved for WLS on Idaho Blue Cross Standard?

I wasn't eligible for a premium individual plan, so they offered me the state mandated basic, standard, cat. A&B. Weight loss surgery and morbid obesity are not listed in my exclusions. Weight reduction treatments are. After the nightmare I went through with Regence, I'm afraid to get my hopes up. Thanks, and have a great day! Suzi
