HELP !! I'M NAUSEATED PRE-OP

Can anyone who has been through this before tell me if it is normal to be nauseated pre-op ? I know this sounds really weird and please don't blast me but I am 3 weeks PRE-OP and I have no appitite and am nauseaous after I eat anything, do you think its just nerves? Please advise.
