Any suggestions for aerobic-type exercises with a broken foot?
OK, I'm the world's biggest dork. I tripped a few nights ago and broke my foot; doctor says I will probably be casted for 6 weeks. I am four months post-op and had recently begun to get into exercising...and now I have no idea what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions for something I can do which won't require me putting weight on one of my feet? Ugh. Did I mention I'm the world's biggest dork? Thanks in advance...
