Plateau and slowing loss
Hi All, I am post-op 7 months, I went from 352 to 227 (size 30/32 to 16/18 in pants and 14/16 in shirts)...now don't get me wrong I am happy as heck and am getting tons of attention, however my loss has slowed down to a crawl since December (right after I hit 100). I work out HARD 3 - 5 days a week including nautilus every other day, but am concerned that my window is closing...I worry that since 1 year is only 5 months away I am watching my timeline flying away. What can I do? I have been trying to bust this plateau by switching my workout and adding other things, but it doesn't seem to help. I think my days of big loss are over..I just want to get out of the 200's and keep moving. It's so hard to not get discouraged. Advice is so welcome. Thank you! Trish (Open RNY 7/15/02)
