Best way to lose maximum weight on Atkins for the next two weeks??

My surgeon had me start Atkins today to help shrink the size of my liver and make surgery easier. I need helpful hints to lose the maximum weight in the next two weeks. (Besides just drinking water and walking) I am at 400lbs currently and have surgery on March 7. Ann in TX
