Has anyone who was selfpay been able to get catastrophic coverage?

I am going to have to self pay. Exclusion in my insurance coverage, but would like to take out a catastrophic insurance plan to cover any complications that may be over like $25,0000. I was wondering if anyone knew of such a plan that would cover a preexisting condition "morbid obesity"
