Post Op Pain @ Top Of Incision (Open RNY)

I am 10 mos post-op (open rny). I am having pain at the top of my incision and it does hurt a little more when I press it. It's not the incision area that hurts but something underneath (probably it's where the pouch is). I checked the questions but didn't see any that fit. I will be giving the doc a call today but was hoping someone here might have an idea so I'll know what to expect. It's not a hernia cuz I just was at the docs last week and he felt everything and said it was normal.
