5'2 235lbs (BMI 42), PCOS , Insulin resistant- Will I Qualify for WLS?

First I would like to say I am so grateful I found this site and for all the wonderful people here sharing their experiences! I was wondering if someone could tell me if I would qualify for gystric bypass. I am scared to go to the dr. because i don't want to hear that I don't. I am 5'2 235lbs (BMI 42)I also suffer from PCOS (Poly Cystic ovaries) , I am insulin resistant which basicly means any carbs or sugars I eat turn right to fat. I also have lower back problems and my knees hurt when I walk. I'm only 24 years old. My insurance states that i need to be 100% above my goal weight (which I am) but I don't have the problems they listed like diabetes, or GERD. Thanks in advance for any and all replies. -Chris
