Why is B 12 too high?

I just had my 7 month blood work done,and my B 12 was 2000.It should not be over 911.I take the pill you put under your tongue daily.What could cause me to have such a high B 12? Should i be concerned?The doctor didn't explain anything to me,he just said to stop it for about a month.
