Have been trying to loose weight for the last 3 weeks, but have only gained.
HELP!!! What can I do? I tried Atkins, but the second day in, my sugar levels dropped too low and I got real dizzy and tired. I have tried eating 1200-1400 cals. a day and exersize. I drink so much water, that I feel like a fish...lol I walk anywhere from 1/2-1ml. a day, plus I work out with hand weights 3 times a week. I was weighed on Dec. 31st and then again today, I actually gained a 1/2lb.(258.5lbs) My surgeon, Dr. Pamela Foster, told me that as long as I have a documented weight, that I can start my pre-surgery weightloss that she requires. I don't know what to do. Any ideas on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...
