Sleep study results report 207 apnea incidences - how bad is that?
I got my PCP's office nurse to read my sleep study results to me - the reports said I had a significant number of apneas, didn't matter what position I slept in, and had a final total of 207 apneas. I slept only 5-6 hours while there, and have a CPAP titration scheduled. I'm just curious - does 207 seem mild? Moderate? It doesn't sound severe to me, but I didn't even hear of sleep apnea until I started researching WLS, so I'm not a great judge...Thanks for all responses!
