HAS ANYONE EVER BEATEN A DENIAL FROM CAREFIRST BLUECHOICE WITH THIS EXCLUSION?

Has anyone ever beaten a denial from Carefirst BlueChoice with the exclusion as follows, "Medical or Surgical treatment for obesity, unless otherwise specified under "Covered Services". I have been denied because of my small group status in Maryland so I am not covered by law and they say it doesn't matter that I'm MORBIDLY obese, its all the same. HELP!!! What should I do!!!
