Excess Amount of Saliva

I have checked the boards and I understand this overproduction of saliva is a normal part of the process. It can fill the pouch and cause me to vomit foam at times. (Yes, I have sinus problems which also contributes to the related nausea.) Can anyone tell me how long to expect it last? I am coming up on 5 weeks post op and just want to get a reasonable idea of what to expect. Thank you!
