Supplements! Mgs. Mcg.'s? Can you take too much?

Went to the store today to pick up some supplements to start taking now 3 weeks preop. I picked up Centrum, Zinc, Biotin and Hair, Skin and Nail. Anyone know how many milligrams or micrograms I should be taking of each for good healing and possibly less hair loss. Is there anything I should add? Also I notice that the Centrum and the Skin, Hair and Nail also contain zinc and biotin. Can you take too much? Thanks!
