what can be causing side pain?

I'm 10 months post op, down 101 lbs. Anyway, the last two or three days, my side has been hurting... like someone is squeezing me inside on my side. Does anyone know what could be causing this. I feel fine otherwise. But today, it is MUCH worse than before. Could I have a leak and not know it. OPEN RNY ... not transected.
