Is there anyone out there post-op lower body lift or TT w/ mastopexy?

I'm scheduled for a lower body lift and mastopexy on the 16th and need to know what to expect regarding recovery. Will I be able to care for my 3 young children (6, 3 and 3) at 6 or 7 days out? I only have f/t help for that long. I'd like to go back to work 2 or 3 weeks out. Is that overly optomistic? My surgeon say's 'no', but she hasn't gone through it :) Please share your experiance w/ me! I'm worried! Thank you!
