I went to see a therapist in September and again in December on my own to be sure if
having this surgery is right for me. My insurance company does not require this. I think my surgeon requires some sort of psychological clearance. My therapist wrote a nice letter talking about our sessions and the discussion of the wls and the implications that can happen and he stated that he felt I am psychologically ready for this surgery. My question is, do you think this is enough for my Doctor since my insurance company don't require any psychological testing or even a consult.
