What should I buy now? Vitamins, supplements...?
I don't have an exact date, but after my sleep study results are in, I will be scheduled for an open RNY with BTC. I haven't met with the nutritionist/dietician, so I don't know yet what to purchase as far as vitamins or supplements go. I need some advice on this area. Also, is there a place on this site that has protein shake recipes? I've never really cared for protein shakes in the past...I know that there are differing opinions, but I'd love to hear which ones everyone thinks taste the best/go down easiest. Thank you! (any advice for nerves would be great, too!)
