Can anyone tell me the physiological reason for dumping fat

It seems that everytime I try a food with a little too much fat (tonights mistake=pizza, and I blotted off the oil!!)I get very nauseaus and my heart races. This lasts 20 - 30 minutes. I have read explainations as to why we dump sugar after a RNY, can anyone explain the reason we may dump fats? I know it wasn't eating too fast, the half a slice (and I left over most of the crust) took me well over half an hour)THanks!
