Fruit Juices with Sugar

My doctor told me that I could have ANYTHING down the fruit juice isle. It doesnt matter if it is sugar free or not. Did anyone else drink the fruit juices with sugar? Like Hawaiian Punch, Apple Juice, Passion Fruit Juice, Capri Sun, etc.......????? Thank you!!!
