I have two questions here....Has anyone had surgery at BTC in Columbus?

I have a friend in Columbus looking into the surgery and I wondered about the BTC in Columbus. Has anyone had good results from there? Or any good Dr. to recommend from Columbus? Also, he has COPD....anyone able to have the surgery even with this condition? He's afraid it will keep him from getting the surgery. Thanks for any help you can give me! Happy New Year! Leah
