I was wondering if there was anyone who will step up to the base, as I am doing and admit that they sometimes eat pieces of candy (such as a choc covered caramel) or they eat pototae chips (maybe 5-6 of them ) Or even if you drink regular soda such as (papesi- coke-etc. And here is the real question I am asking if you have done this and still lost your weight can you give us some examples of what you eat or ate, and how much you have lost in what amount of time?. Thanks to all of you who answer this honesty. PLEASE NO NEGATIVE ( WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO) I am not looking for negative, just honesty.
