Has anyone else tried these?

Hi there, Amos family! My husband bought some buffolo jerky last night, I looked and looked but could not find any topics on this at all. I'm very nervous about trying new things. And considering that I have never eaten buffolo in my life this scares me even more. But the protein on this alone was 15g for one ounce! I knew I could get some honest opinions here. Has anyone tried buffolo meat or buffolo jerky? Thanks, Vi. open RNY 9/23/02 down 80 lbs.
