weight loss.....okay i need to know this

Can others tell me if you were in the same situation as I am. I had surgery on Oct 2, 2002 I have lost 48 pounds, but feel like im going to be one of the people who will not lose the weight. If you have been there and did lose the weight please let me know. I really want to be a winner, but im feeling like such a failure right now. The scale has not moved since Nov 25th. If you did lose after thinking you were a failure please tell me your story. Thanks so much.
