Wisconsin HIRSP- any success?

I've already posted this question, but I don't see it on here now, so I'm trying again - sorry if it's a repeat. I recently had my insurance cancelled & was told about Wisconsin's Health Insurance Risk Sharing Plan (HIRSP.) Does anyone had that insurance & have you been approved? I know they have a six month waiting period for pre-existing conditions, so I hate to pay the premiums for six months only to be denied.
