Has anyones nerves been so bad before surgery that they can't eat???

I went for my pre-op appt. today and I had lost five lbs. I haven't been able to eat in about two weeks. I am supposed to be enjoying food for the last time and my nerves wont let me!!!!!! I thought at first I had a stomach virus but I know it is just nerves!!!!!!!
