Did/does anyone else suffer from a low-grade fever right after sugery?

I keep spiking a temp of 100-102 about every other day. Tylenol brings it down to right around 99-100. I feel icky and listless when this happens. Surgeon said not to be worried unless it was consistently at 101.5. What gives?
