Does anyone know the CPT codes for pre-op dietician visits?

I need to see the dietician after my first appointment with the surgeon. The appointment has already been made for me. The insurance wants to know th CPT codes for the visit prior to authorizing this visit. The dieticians office was unable to give those to be because it depends on what happens during the visit. I need a "pre-op gastric bypass dietician visit" CPT code.
