Help! I am desperate!

Does anyone know an employer in the Boise Idaho area who has insurance that covers weight loss surgery? It is too late for me, but our very dear friend, Casey R. lost his job this week-- along with his insurance, as he can't afford cobra. Please -- if anyone has an idea email me at [email protected].
