Anyone in WI have a surgeon who did a LAP RNY with a BMI over 60 and over 400 lbs?

I would be able to go anywhere but would prefer to stay within reasonable proximity to the fox valley - milwaukee, marshfield, green bay. Could do madison but not my first choice, but could be if I found a surgeon who has done a lot of LAP's in my situation
