Anyone had varicose veins removed and a thigh

By having open RNY next week I'm counting on a hernia later to cover the tummy tuck but still working on ideas for the INS to cover the the excess skin removal on my thighs when I have my varicose veins removed after weight loss. Can these be done togther and has anyone gotten their INS to cover these two togehter?
