3mos post-op, Why is my abdomen hard under my breast?

I am 3 mos post. I noticed my abdomen is hard and firm under my breast. Its that way when I stand up. Has anybody ever had this happen before? What could cause this? Their is no pain. I do alot of different ab exercises 6 days a week. It seems to be poked out. I don't think this is a hernia.Thanks for your input-Beth
