Not able to add my surgery date in the

Moderator-I have tried to post my surgery date of December 2nd for the last few days and I keep getting an error message. Help! I would like to post my date. I am not sure of any other quesitons that may be on the section but again its 12/02/02 at Mills-Peninsula Hospital in Burlingmae, CA. Thanks, Rochelle
