Wondering if I will qualify?

I am wondering what you all think about this. I have not had my consult yet, and I am waiting patiently for my appointmnet. I am 5'6" and weigh about 230#. My BMI is 37 and I may have sleep apnea,do have knee and back problems, signifcate diet history, and family history. My insurance requires a person to be 100# over with co-morbs. I am over my weigh according to the insurance weight charts. I was just wondering what you all think. I am just up tight about waiting on my appointment and scared to death that the surgeon will say no way!! Sick of waiting and worrying. Sorry this is so long.
