Is there anyone with Kaiser insurance in California?

I am insured, under my parents with Kaiser. Is there anyone who can refer me to a surgeon who is covered by kaiser? Also, what steps can one take to get started? Do you just call your insurance or do you have to find a surgeon first? I was very confused by these steps when I was doing my research. Thanks!
