Does this sound like hernia pain?

I am almost 8 months post-op (open RNY) and have an incisional hernia, it's pretty large, for the last couple of days I have been hurting in that general area although it seems to radiate under the ribs and up the chest (I don't have a gallbladder). It feels like pressure, like I have eaten so much that I am about to pop. I am just wondering if this could be caused by my hernia, I haven't eaten anything today except for a slice of cheese. There is also a very slight burning sensation.
