Okay I have a question.

I know that everyone is different and some lose quicker then others, but my question is. How many of you eat what you want (of course small portions) I mean anything you want down to chips. or candy,etc Im not saying eating tons of it just a nibble here or a nibble there. How many of you eat what you want and are losing? I know we are to stay away from sugar etc, but I think there are more people who still snack a little but due to others may not want to admit it. (you know the negative comments like" why would you want chips, or a piece of candy". Some would say because we are normal. Guess I sound bitter dont mean to but if you dont have something nice to say or a nice way to say things maybe its better left unsaid. So how many of you have eaten even bad things but still lose.
