Pacific Bariatric pts......pre-op day

Hi there. I wanted to ask if anyone who went through Pacific Bariatrics in San Diego can tell me what the pre-op visit entails the day before surgery. It seems it goes for 2-3 hours. What happens in all that time? Also, how low would be too low for RBC, HCT etc prior to surgery? Thanks everyone.
