What can be wrong
I was looking at my calendar, In the month of June I was down to 200 pound, from 310, Now it's the end of October and I've only lost 10 pound (I now weigh 190) Why have I only lost 10 pound after 4 months. Nothing have changed with my eating patterns, So I can't see why I'm not losing weight. I still want to lose another 40 pounds or so. What can I do to achieve this goal? Do you think I can be still losing inches after all this time? Thanks
