I should. Here is an example. am I had 1 egg half slice toast and one slice of bacon. I didnt have lunch. dinner I had a slice of pizza minus the crust. and then here is the kicker you know the bite size almond joys well my husband has them in the freezer and I just had to have one. I feel like a pig, am I, or is this okay?. I dont want to be on edge everyday so your opinion will help me!. I feel like Im a looser and dont like this feeling, I mean I have failed at diets all my life is this going to be another failure for me?. One other question is it really possible to stretch your pouch and gain all your weight back? Thanks so much to all who will answer.
