Is Dannon Lite & Fit fat free yougurt a good choice for fast breakfast?

I was just wanting some opinions. I tried Dannon Lite & Fit fat free yougurt today. I was thinking that would be good & fast for me to eat for breakfast. I did notice though on the label it had something like 16 grams of sugar and I think around 120 calories. Is this a smart choice for breakfast or should I steer clear of it? Does anyone eat this for breakfast or snack etc? Thanks!
