Please help I lost all off my pre-op data...

I lost all of my pre-op measurements because if a PC Crash(Grrrrr...) what I would like is a measurement chart for somebody that was approximately my size and has all their measurements, I'm 5'7" medium to large bone, I was 270 lbs and a size 22-23...my weight was fairly proportionate bra was 42 DD and calf was 19, that's all I remember.... Please help me charting the inches lost is one of the big treats with this operation and I really miss doing it..:) Thanks, Diane
