Anyone know of a good support group in Chicago?

I'm still looking for a support group in Chicago. I'd prefer the city or north suburbs, but being that my date is approaching, I'm getting less picky about location. I just want a group that is open to all (i.e., not just those who had surgery through a particular hospital). Thanks.
