Multiple plastic surgeon consultations... does insurance cover them?

I would like to interview several plastic surgeons for my tummy tuck. I know if the surgery is approved, the consult is covered, but what about the consults w/ surgeons I didn't use? Do you pay for this yourself? I have Aetna US Healthcare which covered my RNY 100%
