Does anyone know of a Surgeon & Hospital in the Mid-South who will accept self pay?

I am having a difficult time finding Drs who will do a self pay. One would think they'd jump at the chance to accept cold hard cash. At the present time, I am uninsured and I need WLS. I've already been approved by insurance prior to losing our insurance thru layoff. Thanks.
