17 Days Post op with DRYEST SKIN EVER

Has anyone experienced this? I never had dandruff before, now I have it bad, plus my skin is so dry and flaky everywhere especially my face I have been peeling and brushing off my clothes. It's kinda gross. If you had this, what did you do to minimize? Are there good lotions out there? I was expecting hair loss, not skin loss????
