Id like to know

if anyone pre op has gotten a BAD case of gas EVERY evening? I know my nerves have been going crazy since Im in the waiting stage to get my approval for surgery and Im not eating gassy foods but everynight like clock work I get awful gas.Im soo embarrassed to even ask this but thought maybe someone else experienced this... Anyone?
