How well has your body bounced back at 26? (Elasticity issues)

I'm wondering how well my body will bounce back after losing the weight. I know it depends on how much weight and how old you are as to whether you will have significant sagging or not. I am 5'7 and almost 150lbs overweight, and 26 years old. Do you think I'll sag much or just a little or not at all? Thanks so much!
